This certification holder has completed the Building Business Acumen® course with Acumen Learning. Graduates crafted an action plan that articulates what they will do to transfer their knowledge into the workplace and identify further work they'll do to add to their company's money-making process. They were trained on how to use the Navigating the Financials tool to identify and calculate a company's most important metrics and on the 5 Business Drivers® which simplifies the complexity of business. Graduates completed the Executive Alignment tool to understand and align their decisions with the strategy of executives.
