We are looking for world-class consultant facilitators who can deliver our award-winning business acumen training, manage their own books of business, and assist our sales team in closing deals. Would you be comfortable teaching finance and business acumen to executives and employees at some of the best-run companies in the world? Could you foresee client needs and deliver solutions that will strengthen our business relationships? Do you have the subject-matter expertise to win-over clients and help our sales team quickly and consistently close deals? Our consultant facilitators are delivering trainings, managing accounts, and supporting sales at the top of their game, and their executive presence and credibility bolster Acumen Learning’s position as the industry leader.


Consultant facilitators at Acumen Learning are self-motivated, organized professionals who take accountability for sales, account management, and training delivery.

  • Travel to facilitate our trainings to companies across the world both in-person and virtually.

  • Customize facilitations by deeply reviewing and understanding client businesses and preparing for participant questions.

  • Refine facilitation skills by embracing best practices, input from colleagues, and feedback from clients.

  • Grow the client relationship by anticipating client needs, proactively planning new growth strategies, and searching for new business connections to increase revenue.

  • Arrange and keeps follow-up events with clients, post-pilot action reviews, and periodic connections with clients.

  • Own role in the sales process by engaging with sales team and enthusiastically participating during sales calls to win new business.

  • Manage calendar to accept meeting requests, go above-and-beyond preparing for sales calls, and maintain punctuality and promptness.

Professional Qualifications:

  • Proven business strategy and financial analysis mastery.

  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years of business experience, or any combination of education, experience, and training which provides the desired knowledge, skills, and abilities.

  • MBA, MAcc, JD, and/or PhD preferred.

  • Computer literacy, including experience with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and comfortability teaching large audiences.

  • Strong work ethic and teamwork proclivities.

  • Native speaking ability in Spanish or Mandarin a plus.
