Summary

We are looking for a Client Coordinator that will interact with customers in a professional and strategic manner to build relationships and help provide solutions for their business acumen needs. It is pertinent that this professional is self-driven, detail-oriented, and tenacious yet comfortable working within a team structure.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Must possess strong communication, coordination, and strategic planning skills.  This position will communicate directly with clients for regular check-in meetings, schedule training classes, gather session logistics, pre and post-class follow-up, and independently complete action items. 

​

They will work with internal team members (Consultants, Client Partners, and Operations team) to help develop customer-facing processes, anticipate customer needs and provide exceptional customer experience.  They will play a pivotal role in helping the company achieve its revenue goals.  They will also act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all internal and external stakeholders.

​

Professional Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of client coordination/project management experience preferred

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, Windows) required

  • Proficiency in virtual platforms e.g., Zoom, MS Teams, WebEx, Google Suite

  • Contract writing, reviewing and experience with SOWs and MSAs

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Strong work ethic and desire to work within a team-oriented environment
