Like most training vendors, each of our participants are given a feedback form and asked to rate their experience on a 1-5 scale, with 5 being the best. Some vendors would shy away from sharing their average score, not us: 4.8 is our average score since the day we opened our doors for business. Believe it or not, participants will have fun - but more importantly they'll walk away with concrete plans to improve their performance.

Here's a very typical experience… someone from the training department will champion our course and get a pilot scheduled.
