Keith A. Gulledge

 
 

Keith Gulledge has spent over 30 years in business leadership, management, strategic organizational change consulting, adult learning, marketing, and business operations. He is an accomplished public speaker, workshop facilitator, technical writer and a published author. He has owned and operated his own firm twice, in two careers including commercial real estate and business consulting.

Organizational Consulting: In 1990 Mr. Gulledge joined Stephen R. Covey's training firm (which in 1997 became FranklinCovey Co.) based in Provo, Utah. During his 12 years with FranklinCovey, he served as Vice President and Managing Director of the Client Services Group. He was a founding member of the Organizational Change Consulting Practice. Mr. Gulledge designed and served as Program Director for the week-long executive-level workshop, Principle-Centered Leadership and Quality. As a senior consultant, he was a primary developer of FranklinCovey's strategic Organizational Change Process methodology. He has worked with dozens of organizational clients including CEOs of Fortune 100 companies, the military, federal, state and local governments to improve organizational performance, strategy development and implementation, and leadership effectiveness.

Mr. Gulledge has designed and delivered hundreds of presentations and customized training courses and seminars for organizations of all types. As an executive-level presenter, keynote speaker, facilitator, teacher, and consultant, he has traveled widely both in the US and internationally, designing and delivering courses and special presentations. He has also written professionally, co-authoring numerous published articles with Dr. Stephen R. Covey as well as other materials, course workbooks, and technical articles. He is professionally trained and extensively experienced in curriculum and presentation materials design, adult learning methodology, public speaking, workshop facilitation, and technical writing.

Mr. Gulledge has worked with approximately 150 major organizational clients, including several hundred CEOs and senior managers, senior military officers and government officials at all levels. He has consulted with organizations in a variety of industries, including healthcare and pharmaceuticals, such as Oakwood Healthcare, University of Texas Medical Branch, Pharmacia Upjohn, and Merck. Other representative clients include the U.S. Navy, Ernst & Young, Papa John's Pizza, Wal-Mart, Mentor Graphics, Shell Oil, Texaco, Texas State Government, and San Francisco Municipal Railway.

Mr. Gulledge spent 18 years in commercial real estate acquisition, development, syndication, and management of income properties throughout the United States. His firm sponsored public and private securities offerings of over $100 million in equity capital.

Mr. Gulledge received his MBA from Brigham Young University and has completed numerous certification programs in organizational design, organizational behavior, marketing, and executive performance. In February 2005 he relocated to the Dallas metro area from Utah to more effectively serve his clients.
